The objective of Racing Telegraph Professional is, undoubtedly, to produce a significant profit for all members & this may be produced from races, & tracks, both big and small. However, there is always a real 'buzz' when we pull off something a little special and these are, undoubtedly, the highlights of any season. In recent weeks there have been plenty and we have indicated below, those horses along with our comments, made prior to the event. Naturally, in some cases, much bigger prices than the eventual SP have been advised. So, please take the time to browse see just how successful and meticulous, our network of contacts can be. For those of you that backed them, its just like winning all over again!!

29 Aug 21 Yarmouth Won 9/2
1550 Cazoo Search Drive Smile Handicap
1 Goddess Of Fire 4 9-8 J Ryan Darragh Keenan
“John Ryan's have started to run much better of late and this filly has been running around here all season with credit. The stable in much better form now and they're expecting an improved run from her today with conditions in her favour again. There are dangers such as our old friend Solomon's Judgement but this filly is the EW proposition here at 6/1 generally and advised accordingly. ”
Won 9/2

26 Aug 21 Lingfield Won 11/2
1840 William Hill Lengthen Your Odds Racing League Race Twenty-Eight (Handicap)
3 Billhilly (GER) C Fellowes Louis Steward
“Has been an absolute revelation for this yard and they're expecting another big run from him this evening. Fast ground suits him well and although the Hills team fancying theirs, Dulas, he may well need slower ground than they will get there this evening. That being the case, this fella, although not having the best draw is excellent EW at 5/1 and FOUR places with Skybet. ”
Won 11/2

17 Aug 21 Leicester Won 5/2F
1855 Leicester Racecourse Ideal Conference Venue Handicap
2 Arqoob (IRE) W Jarvis K Shoemark
“Loves fast ground and is capable on his day. He takes on older horses here but the main threat comes from up the road in the shape of the Amy Murphy trained, Yrban War who is a similar sort. There won't be much in it and for that reason the 9/2 on an EW basis, is attractive at B365.”
Won 5/2F

16 Aug 21 Lingfield Won 5/1
1440 Free Tips On attheraces.com Handicap
7 Clegane Jane Chapple-Hyam Robert Tart
“From the in-form Jane Chapple-Hyam team and this one has a live chance in here according to stable sources. Goes well on the all weather and this trip suits. Has Urtzi and topweight, Brunel Charm to beat but is fancied and expected to land good EW bets here at 6/1 with Skybet, B 365 etc.”
Won 5/1

14 Aug 21 Newmarket Won 5/2F
1505 Download The MansionBet App Handicap
3 Great Ambassador E Walker R Kingscote
“Good vibes for this one of Ed Walker's, from the same stable as the Champion sprinter and they're expecting a huge run here after a cracking effort in the Stewards Cup. Goes equally well on this type of ground and is fancied to get his head in front here. Huge respect for our old friend Jumby and also First Folio but this fella fancied here.”
Won 5/2F

11 Aug 21 Salisbury Won 11/2
1615 Mares' Listed)
7 Lilac Road (IRE) W J Haggas Tom Marquand
“Interesting listed event for fillies and these were declared on good to soft so it is interesting which of them will be best on the faster ground that is evident now. This one of William Haggas' is improving and won't mind it at all. She is quietly fancied to make a big mark here and is well worth EW interest at the 13/2 with B365.”
Won 11/2

09 Aug 21 Wolverhampton Won 4/1
1410 Grab A Free Bet Go To freebet.com Maiden Handicap
3 Maketh Believeth (IRE) 3 9-5 H J L Dunlop L Morris
“Harry Dunlop has nowhere near the number of winners that his father used to train but has a degree of his ability and is expected to saddle one here. They have the Queen's horse of Sir Michael Stoute's to beat and that won't be easy but this one is fancied to have the legs of that one who is a little one paced and fancied to win this.”
Won 4/1

09 Aug 21 Windsor Won 6/1
1905 Racing League On Sky Sports Racing Handicap
2 Lawn Ranger 6 9-11 M J Attwater William Carson
“Was fancied to land a handicap coup, at 33/1, Goodwood on Stewards Cup day but that was over a furlong shorter on much softer ground over a course and distance he had won before. This race though is still within his compass but doesnt have the same degree of confidence as they had at Goodwood but is well worth an EW interest here. Fancied EW.”
Won 6/1

06 Aug 21 Newmarket Won 11/8
1705 Rich Energy Fillies' Novice Stakes (GBB Race)
6 Rum Cocktail C G Cox A Kirby
“Well the 6.5mms of rain that fell here in Newmarket overnight has not been enough to make the gorund any worse than good and it doesn't look as though we're going to get any more appreciable volume. That should leave the ground just about perfect and that will suit this once raced daughter of Muharaar who showed promise first time up and is reported to have thrived since then. Kirby comes here to ride her and the pair are well fancied to win this today @ 2/1 with all bar B365.. ”
Won 11/8

06 Aug 21 Haydock Won 3/1F
1720 Watch Racing TV Now Handicap (Female Amateur Jockeys)
8 Das Kapital John Berry Miss A Collier
“This won't be the ideal betting medium for many but there is no doubting the confidence behind this one of John Berry's here in Newmarket. Had been sent up for this event in the hope that Haydock would get a deluge and although it might not have been a complete deluge as yet, there is still showers around and with the ground now changed to good to soft, at best, he has ideal conditions here. Stays a couple pf furlongs further than this too and won't be stopping. Amy Collier is capable and that's good enough for us to back this one in this lady riders event. The Easterbys will present the main stumbling block but John Berry's 6yo fancied here.”
Won 3/1F

01 Aug 21 Thirsk Won 4/1F
1525 William Hill Pick Your Places Handicap
12 Cassy O (IRE) 4 9-3 T D Easterby D Allan
“This one comes from a yard with a plethora of opportunities today but this one represents at least as good a chance as any and the vibes from the yard are positive. Has a decent draw on this sharp track and although hugely respectful of the Roger Fell trained, Muntadab an old friend of ours, this one is nicely treated here and well fancied to land good EW support, at the very least. Now 5/1 with FIVE places at Skybet,”
Won 4/1F

30 Jul 21 Goodwood Won 8/1
1500 Unibet Golden Mile Handicap
7 Maydanny (IRE) 5 9-5 M Johnston Jim Crowley
“A good winner here last year but over 10f he has been stepped bac in trip now and this impeccably bred sort has been showing more speed this year and was a tad unlucky to be beaten by Magical Morning last time. In the hope there is not too much more rain at Goodwood, this fella well fancied to land good EW support here at 9/1 with SIX places at Skybet. 0.75pt EW Was considered our strongest news of the week but the doubt about how quick the ground will be has reduced the stake by a quarter point.”
Won 8/1

29 Jul 21 Goodwood Won 11/4
1425 Unibet Richmond Stakes (Group 2)
2 Asymmetric (IRE) A King M Harley
“Ran a blinder in the July Stakes and, like the Vintage stakes on Tuesday, it's not a vintage renewal. Healthy respect for the like of Ebro River and, in particular, Caturra who just pipped Detail when that one was well fancied at Newbury but on balance the strongest message is for this one of Alan King's and at 5/2 with Unibet and Betvictor he is the one to be with here.”
Won 11/4

28 Jul 21 Goodwood Won 4/1
1350 Unibet '15 To Go' Handicap
6 Nagano 3 9-3 R Varian David Egan
“Ran a blinder at the Royal meeting though met interference in running at a crucial moment and that almost certainly prevented him from reaching the first three. However, he has never failed to please in his races and he has a natural talent. he is expected to see out this trip here today and although he has around a length to make up on Siskany who finisheed ahead of hime, and was also repsonsible for some of the interference at Ascot, the Varian team are confident of reversing that form here. That said, they had a reverse or two on Saturday and will be hoping for better fortune today. The rest of the field look a good bunch but there is little doubt they are expectign a big result at the Varian camp. Fancied to land this here but at 4/1 with Hills and FIVE places, we're backing him EW. 0.75pt EW”
Won 4/1

28 Jul 21 Goodwood Won 7/2
1535 Qatar Sussex Stakes (Group 1) (British Champions Series)
10 Alcohol Free (IRE) 3 8-11 A M Balding Oisin Murphy
“The Sussex stakes is the feature event of the week here and this event won't let you down. A cracking contest in prospect with the four main protagonists being this filly, Snow Lantern multiple group one winner, Poetic Flare and the older horse, Tilsit who is catching them up. On balance on this ground, this filly gets the nod after persistent messages about her well being. Fancied to land this again for the Balding team,”
Won 7/2

27 Jul 21 Goodwood Won 10/3
1425 Unibet Vintage Stakes (Group 2)
3 Angel Bleu (FR) 2 9-1 R M Beckett L Dettori
“Will love the ground here and although this is only three days after running a blinder at Ascot, the messages indicate all is well with the 2yo. trappy event and not one for large stakes but this one fancied to run a big race here. ”
Won 10/3

27 Jul 21 Goodwood Won 6/1
1500 Unibet Lennox Stakes (Group 2)
5 Kinross 4 9-3 R M Beckett Rossa Ryan
“From the Ralph Beckett camp who have several good opportunities here today though this one has outstanding claims here, but it's in the most competitive race of the day. That said three big messages only but any one of them could win this. Creative Force we know well landed some nice bets for us at Ascot in soft ground and won't be far away today, May well win but he is v short and 3yo not won this for ten years. They are v keen but they are also v keen on Safe Voyage our old friend who didn't get the best of run here last year and is fancied to land EW bets but this fella is the new kid on the block now they have sorted out his best trip. Got a good ride from Dettori last time and although Rossa Ryan takes over today, they are expecting a big result. He is still available EW and at 5/1 with FOUR places at Skybet, he si the bet but it will be very close. 0.5pt EW”
Won 6/1

23 Jul 21 Ascot Won 7/1
1610 Rotary Club Of Ascot Handicap
5 Mountain Peak E Walker Andrea Atzeni
“In some respects, a real pity there are only six runners as this fella has ideal conditions and is going to be a tidy price but in a bigger field may have been an even bigger one. Moreover, there are only two places to play for but they're confident, despite the quality of this field, that they have him right back at his best and, on that basis, is expected to landing this. It wont be easy with the like of Significantly and Jawaal in the field not to mention the old boy at the head of the weights but this fella is flying at home and, although the 3yo Bedford Flyer considered a danger, at 15/2 with Skybet is well worth EW bets this afternoon.”
Won 7/1

22 Jul 21 Sandown Won 6/1
1630 Twickenham Fillies' Handicap
6 Arenas Del Tiempo 3 8-11 S Dow Oisin Murphy
“Simon Dow flies the flag for Epsom nowadays and does well with his string. He has them in decent form at present and this bottom weight here is the subject of positive reports. The top one of Haggas' could well be the main threat but from the bottom of the handicap here, theyre keen on their chances. Fancied.”
Won 6/1

20 Jul 21 Nottingham 2nd 16/1
1845 Bet At racingtv.com Handicap
5 Flying Standard (IRE) 4 9-2 C F Wall George Wood
“This one of Chris Walls has taken his time to get his act together this term but this step up in trip is expected to see him in a better light. He has Tigray and Low Profile to beat but the messages indicate he is fancied to do so.”
2nd 16/1

15 Jul 21 Epsom Downs Won 7/1
1950 Stew Pond Handicap
1 Miss Mulligan (IRE) 4 10-0 George Scott Callum Shepherd
“Trappy event but while having the greatest respect for the Gary Moore horse. Pure Bubbles, this one of George Scott's is fancied to land this and will be a nice EW price too. Advised EW here and fancied to collect.”
Won 7/1

09 Jul 21 York Won 7/2
1440 Mares' Group 3)
8 Light Refrain 3 8-12 W J Haggas Tom Marquand
“From a yard that has been in terrific form for most of the season and provided us with some terrific winners. They have an abundance of talent and this is another that has the ability to win this. She has been progressing well and a reproduction of her run behind Rohaan at Haydock would be good enough to win this. There is one main threat, that comes from the Karl Burke trained filly who burst on the scene around this time last year and is on her way back. However,m this filly the one to be with and fancied to win this but can be backed at 9/2 with FOUR PLACES at W HIll. 1pt EW”
Won 7/2

07 Jul 21 Lingfield Won 10/3
1445 Kevin Escott 50th Birthday Maiden Fillies' Stakes
9 Makinitup (IRE) 3 9-0 P W Chapple-Hyam Cameron Noble
“Has been spotted going nicely at home and although there is a question about the ground, the yard are confident he will handle it. It's not an easy contest that said as there are messages for two or three others but they will all have the same surface to overcome and this fella is from a family that has handled it in the past. Quietly fancied here. ”
Won 10/3

03 Jul 21 Sandown Won 5/1
1350 Coral Charge (Group 3) (Registered As The Sprint Stakes)
4 Came From The Dark (IRE) 5 9-3 E Walker Tom Marquand
“Gave every indication at Newmarket that he could win a race of this natyure and although hugely respectful of Lazuli, this fella was unlucky not to beat him at HQ and is expected to gain recompense here. 0.5pt EW 4/1 across the board.”
Won 5/1

01 Jul 21 Yarmouth Won 11/4
1640 Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Handicap (Div 1)
2 Rectory Road 5 9-13 Alice Haynes K T O'Neill
“Tight knit handicap and the top two may well have this between them. Will be tough to beat the top one but, once again EW bets expected to be rewarded and again with real prospects of winning. Stable keen EW.”
Won 11/4

26 Jun 21 Newcastle Won 4/1
1455 William Hill Pick Your Places Northumberland Vase Handicap
7 Zeeband (IRE) 4 9-8 R Varian Andrea Atzeni
“The message we thought we were gettingin the PLate itslef, the Pitmans derby as it is known but this one os the one to be with in this the consolation event. Its a trappy affair as these handicaps tend to be with horses stepping up in trip for the first time and message about one or two of those fancied here. However, the veibs about this fella are very good. He has been wokring with last years runner up in the PLate itself, Ausrtalis who takes his place in the line up again but this fella rated five pounds lower than him has been wokring much better and is expected to do the job here. IN such a competitive handicap ver such a distance, of course anything can happen and although we're confident of success here we're backing at 4/1 with Hills who offer FIVE PLACES and BOG and on that basis is a cracking EW proposition in this. Well fancied. 1.25pt EW”
Won 4/1

25 Jun 21 Doncaster Won 6/4F
1635 Follow At The Races On Twitter Handicap
1 Monbaher (IRE) 3 9-7 J & T Gosden Dane O'Neill
“Good vibes form a yard that have lots of chances today but this oen makes the most appeakl for us. he has Fleurman to beat but is expected to do so and is expected to have no issues with the step up in trip here. fancied to win this. 0.75pt win @ 13/8 generally.”
Won 6/4F

25 Jun 21 Newmarket Won 13/8
1820 Rich Club With Rich Energy Handicap
5 Riknnah (IRE) S & E Crisford James Doyle
“Another imporving filly and this one who hasn't run on turf since her first start on the Rowley Mile when finishing fourth in a fillies maiden at the Craven meeting, is fancied to make it a third win in a row, She has the bottom weight of William Stones to beat but at these weights, she is expected to do so. Currently 15/8 best with Betvictor and fancied to win this.”
Won 13/8

25 Jun 21 Newcastle Won 15/8
1920 William Hill Hoppings Fillies' Stakes (Group 3)
10 Zeyaadah (IRE) 3 8-7 R Varian Jim Crowley
“Is much better than she showed in the Oaks and although this is a step back in trip from when she ran a blinder at Chester, the stiiff track will suit. fancied to get the better of the big priced Abstinence who will run well at a big price but this filly the one to be with. 0.5pt win 9/4 with PPower”
Won 15/8

24 Jun 21 Newmarket Won 15/8
1610 Join The Great Racing Welfare Cycle Handicap
4 Ametist W J Haggas Tom Marquand
“From the William Haggas camp and this one who won for us last time is still thriving. The horse he beat at Newmarket's Rowley mile last time is well thought of at Crisford's and although he was unable to win the Buckingham Palace Stakes last time, this fella has more potential for improvement. The trip is ideal and they're expecting to win this here. Fancied. ”
Won 15/8

23 Jun 21 Salisbury Won 5/1
1445 Showcasing Standing At Whitsbury Manor Handicap
2 Johan W J Haggas Tom Marquand
“Was a very close call between this fella who ran a blinder in the Spring Cup and the Sandown winner, Dashing Roger who made such a good impression there but this one of Haggas' gets the nod due to the better messages emanting from the yard. They feel even with joint second top weight he will take all te beatign on this ground. The Stone horse will go well but this fella just gets the nod and ew bets recommended at 6/1 with Hills with FOUR Places.”
Won 5/1

22 Jun 21 Newbury Won 11/1
1700 BetVictor Apprentice Handicap
7 Tralee Hills S Hodgson William Carver
“Not everyone's ideal betting medium admittedly but apprentice events have been productive for us over the years and this one is expected to be so also. Even though this one, in contrast to Monsieur Jumbo, is a huge price (16/1 with Skybet) but is from a yard who are in form and know what it takes. They have a good kid on board too and with first FIVE places with Skybet is well worth an interest here.”
Won 11/1

20 Jun 21 Pontefract Won 15/2
1525 Sky Bet Pontefract Castle Fillies' Stakes (Listed)
6 Katara (FR) 4 9-0 Sir Michael Stoute R L Moore
“From the Sir Michael Stoute camp that generally makes an annual pilgramage up to Pontefract and invariably they come back with a winner or three. This filly is back to her best we hear and, if that is the case, her liking for the surface here, good to firm, may just give her the edge over the Hughie Morrison trained Urban Artist. Both are fancied but the price of the Stoute trained mare appeals a good deal more and we're content to back her EW here at 13/2 generally after some good work last weekend. Fancied EW”
Won 15/2

19 Jun 21 Ascot Won 5/1J
1505 Jersey Stakes (Group 3)
4 Creative Force (IRE) C Appleby James Doyle
“From the Charlie appleby cvamp and made a huge impression when winnign at Newvury last time. Theyre not concerned about the ground and expecting this oen to run a huge race here today. They have the like of Bellosa and Tactical to beat and while we have a huge respect for both, particularly the latter, this fella gets the nod here. Wellf ancied to land this and considered a crackign EW prpopssition here at 11/2 with FIVE places at Skybet.”
Won 5/1J

19 Jun 21 Ascot Won 4/1
1810 Queen Alexandra Stakes (Conditions Race)
14 Stratum 8 9-2 W P Mullins R L Moore
“A former Cesarewitch winner on soft ground, he comes onto this as the best treated at the weights though the worst treated by the draw. With R Moore aboard and 2m5f to sort it, that’s not expected to be that much of an issue. Falcon Eight is a huge threat but this fella with FIVE places an option with Skybet and 5/1 available sounds like the best option for us here. Fancied EW. 0.5 pt EW”
Won 4/1

18 Jun 21 Ascot Won 13/8
1505 King Edward VII Stakes (Group 2)
2 Alenquer (FR) W J Haggas Tom Marquand
“From the same yard as yesterday's excellent winner Mohaafeth and although he had Derby pretensions, this was always the target for this fella. The fact the rain has come, in spades, is a bonus. He has the Menusier horse and the Johnston horse, Gear Up to beat but is fancied to do so and expected to win this. 2/1 B365.”
Won 13/8

18 Jun 21 Ascot Won 7/2F
1735 Duke Of Edinburgh Stakes (Handicap)
13 Quickthorn 4 9-3 H Morrison Oisin Murphy
“Is fancied to do the job here after a facile success at Haydock. They have the Johnny Murtagh horse to beat who will love the ground also and the other one that's expected to run a huge race is Win O'Clock. however this fella fancied to land Good ew bets here at 5/1 with B 365.”
Won 7/2F

17 Jun 21 Ascot Won 11/8
1505 Hampton Court Stakes (Group 3)
3 Mohaafeth (IRE) 3 9-0 W J Haggas Jim Crowley
“William Haggas' colt was withdrawn from the Derby at the eleventh hour due to the slow nature of the ground that day. He would have been our bet in the race but there was no point running him on ground that was unsuitable, even thouhg there is only one Derby. Would he have beaten Adayar, well, maybe not on that ground but on this type of ground, officially Good to firm and only 2.4mm of rain overnight which is only half what they put on with irrigation the night before, the ground he will be ideal. Repirted to be still in tip shape athome and although respectful of both Godolphin horses here, this fella is expected to win this. Take the 15/8, generally. 2.5pt win”
Won 11/8

11 Jun 21 York Won 16/1
1635 Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Handicap
5 Gabrial The Wire R A Fahey P Hanagan
“Wide open handicap here and although we have a huge respect for the Nigel Tinkler horse at the top of the weights, we also hear this fella is in the peak of his form at home and has a good racing weight here. However, he has a poor draw and that reduces confidence slightly but, nevertheless he has a magician on board around here and is well worth EW interest today at around 10-12/1/. .”
Won 16/1

04 Jun 21 Doncaster Won 15/2
1923 Happy Birthday Tom Booth Handicap (Rnd)
7 Stunning Beauty (IRE) 4 8-11 S bin Suroor E J Walsh
“From the back to form Saeed Bin Suroor camp and this one takes on a hot little handicap at Doncaster,. Plenty of these fancied but the messages that reach us indicate they're expecting a huge run from this one and is well worth supporting each way at 7/1. ”
Won 15/2

29 May 21 Chester Won 5/2
1440 tote+ Pays You More At tote.co.uk Handicap
8 Boardman 5 8-13 T D Easterby Rob Hornby
“Impressive when winning at York and fancied to go in again here. Has the Ian Williams horse to beat but is fancied to have improved again and will be tough to beat here. Fancied.”
Won 5/2

27 May 21 Sandown Won 5/1
2000 Coral Whitsun Cup Handicap
2 Dashing Roger W Stone Marco Ghiani
“Most interesting handicap with plenty having a relatively obvious chance in this notably the favourite, History Writer a course and distance winner from a yard that have good chances on this card this evening but this one of William Stone's trained just outside Newmarket comes here off the back of a couple of prep runs and this track and ground will suit him perfectly. He has the favourite among others to beat but of the rest only Sword Beach is weighted to get close and on that basis, the 10/1 with FOUR places at Skybet looks particularly attractive, Good messages and a big run on the cards...”
Won 5/1

23 May 21 Nottingham Won 3/1
1420 Bet At racingtv.com Novice Stakes (Div 2)
7 Ranchero (IRE) J & T Gosden James Doyle
“It looks like it could be a long season for the Gosden three year old this term as there appear to be very few stars among them. This fella reflects that perspective but the vibes are at least he can win a maiden and he has an excellent chance here. He has the very much in form, Mick Channon's Hiromichi to beat but he was left for dead by three decent sorts at Newbury and may well have been the best, in fourth, of a modest bunch. That remains to be seen but with the ground on the slow side, we're expecting to see the Gosden horse do the job here. Fancied.”
Won 3/1

22 May 21 Haydock Won 11/2
1500 Join Casumo Today Silver Bowl Handicap
6 Raadobarg (IRE) 3 9-0 R Varian Jack Mitchell
“A wide open handicap just as in previous years but we have a good record in the race and its an event which can have a big say in subsequent and similar races including the Brittania at Royal Ascot. He goes well on soft and although he takes on many of our good friends including Heitghs of Abraham, the main danger who won for us last Sunday and Teodolina who won for us at Ascot at 33/1 into 18s, this fella is the one to be with and is now an EW price. Should be backed accordingly but with so many of our old friends in here, we're taking the 4/1 (with BOG) and FOUR places at Skybet. EW proposition. 0.75pt EW”

6 Mostahdaf (IRE) J & T Gosden Jim Crowley
“Always an intriguing race that doesn't always go the way of the favourites. This one is a typical example of an improving 3yo and although the yard's other horse did the job for us when winning well at Newbury, the vibes from the yard indicate this one may just be the better. Whether he is better than the others is the big question but while respectful of last year's Coventry winner Nando Parrado and the Godolphin trained, Hurricane Avenue, if this fella is as good as we're informed, then he will be winning this before going onto better things. The Eclipse is apparently a possibility but if they were thinking he could win an Eclipse, then he would have to be winning this. Priced up at 5/1, damn, now 9/2 with most, he is worth EW interest here. Quietly fancied.”

3 Punting (IRE) 4 9-4 R Hughes George Rooke
“This one from Richard Hughes' yard and they do well at this track. Theyre telling us to ignore last couple of runs and expectign a big run here. They have Stuart Williams El Conquistador to beat but fancy they can get among them and land good EW bets at around 12's generally. ”

6 Prince Of Bel Lir (IRE) 3 9-1 Joseph Parr Tom Marquand
“Although there is little doubt that Micky Quinn’s top weight will take the beating here, this one of Joseph Parr’s has the ability to give him a run for his money and the vibes from the yard indicate he is a cracking EW proposition here at a nice price. Currently 13/2 with B365 and fancied to land good EW bets.”

5 Punchbowl Flyer (IRE) 4 9-4 Eve Johnson Houghton Charles Bishop
“Jane Chapple Hyam runs Aplomb again after an excelent run on Friday. Reports indicate he is in good shape and will take the beating here but there is a good mark for this one of Eve Johnson Houghton's and they're keen on their chances of beating the favourite. Goes well on the ground and fancied to cause a surprise here. Fancied.”

1 Heights Of Abraham (IRE) K Dalgleish S A Gray
“Interesting message form the North in what is a trappy 10f handicap but this fella is capable having won a mile nursery at the back end last year and that proves he won't mid the ground. The main threat is useful, that is Contact of David Barron's and they're in decent form too. He has won his last two but the last one was on fastish ground though he did run well on slow ground last term and it will be a close run thing. However, the messages that have emanated from both camps gives this fella the edge and he is good enough for us here. Fancied. 3/1 across the board.”

3 John Leeper (IRE) 3 9-3 E A L Dunlop W Buick
“Absolutely impeccably bred and did the job as his breeding suggested when winning and landing Best bets for us at Newcastle. He has a big danger today now he steps up in grade in the shape of both Fancy Man and Flyin High but is fancied to confirm his potential and his progress here. Won't mind the little bit of juice in the ground and fancied to get the better of those two.”

1500 BetVictor London Gold Cup Handicap
4 Bay Bridge Sir Michael Stoute R L Moore
“From the Sir Michael Stoute camp and they're keen on the chances of this fella after a facile success up at Newcastle. They feel he is well handicapped and although this is a race in which most of the protagonists would feel they have chances, this one from a yard who have had a good start to their year is expected to get his head in front here. River Alwyn would be a major threat as would Dubawi Sands and Oz Legend from near the bottom of the weights but this fella has plenty in his favour here and is well fancied to win this. 3/1 with B365.”

3 Jumby (IRE) Eve Johnson Houghton W Buick
“Good strong message from a yard for whom we have a great deal of respect. This fella was a good third in a hot handicap here in April, when not getting a clear run before finishing well and has been aimed at this event ever since. Has bags of pace and travels well but has an explosive turn of foot and is expected to put that to good use here. Has a couple of similar sorts to beat in First Folio and Mr Trick but the vibes indicate they feel this one can ply his trade at a grade higher than this and if that's the case, is more than capable of winning this. 11/4 best with B365, Hills etc.”

2 Annerville (IRE) J P Murtagh B M Coen
“Good vibes from across the Irish sea for this one of Johnny Murtagh's. She made her debut here a few weeks back and was staying on strongly at the end of the same trip but giving every indication that the slightly stiffer test this ground today will provide, would be right up her street. She faces a field full of potential but the way she performed suggests it will take a decent one to beat her. fancied.”

4 Qaysar (FR) R Hannon J Fanning
“From the same stable as yesterday's 33/1 into 18/1 winner Teodolina and although he will be oneof the outsiders in this field, like Teodolina, he is the subject of good reports regarding recent homework and is fancied to relish the underfoot conditions here and is fancied to have the legs of Raaeq who is also fancied and rates the main threat. Considered a cracking EW bet at 15/2 (first two only ) with Skybet and is the one to be with here.”

4 Lady Bowthorpe 5 9-0 W Jarvis K Shoemark
“From the William Jarvis camp in Newmarket and this progressive filly was an impressive winner on her seasonal debut last term before even more impressive at Ascot. She has continued ti progress and although this is her first step above one mile, being by Nathanielthats not expected tpo be an issue. Has been wokring nicely and well fancied to win this. She has the Stoute filly and also the Perrett trained Lavenders Blue to beat but is fancied to do so and at 11/2 with B365, is a cracking EW proposition here. 0.5pt EW”
