The objective of Racing Telegraph Professional is, undoubtedly, to produce a significant profit for all members & this may be produced from races, & tracks, both big and small. However, there is always a real 'buzz' when we pull off something a little special and these are, undoubtedly, the highlights of any season. This may be in a major, televised event or a particularly successful piece of inside information that produces, to the public anyway, a shock result. They, obviously, don't know what we know!

In recent weeks there have been plenty and we have indicated below, those horses along with our comments, made prior to the event. Naturally, in some cases, much bigger prices than the eventual SP have been advised. So, please take the time to browse see just how successful and meticulous, our network of contacts can be. For those of you that backed them, its just like winning all over again!!

04 Aug 17 Goodwood Won 7/4F
1425 Bonhams Thoroughbred Stakes (Group 3)
2 Beat The Bank A M Balding R L Moore
“Out of a Diktat mare, this fellow shouldnt have any issues with the soft ground despite the fact he has never run on it previously. He has shown enoughto suggest it wont be a problem especially when dealing with the loose ground that we have on the July course here in Newmarket. Of course the ground at Goodwood this week is another matter but there is confidence behind this fellow and he is expected to land this for the yard that took the top prize over this trip this week, albeit fortuitously, when Herecomeswhen landed the Sussex Stakes. Respect for both Solomons Bay and, in particlar, Make Time but this fellow fancied to land tihs and keep the Balding run going. 0.75pt win”
Won 7/4F

03 Aug 17 Goodwood Won 8/1
1350 Matchbook Betting Exchange Handicap
5 Good Omen D M Simcock J P Spencer
“Has got one major attribute here today and that is the ability to handle this type of ground That said, he is an improving sort who is well fancied to keep his yard's excellent run going and although there are one or two others in here that are expected to go well, notably, Grey Britain of John Ryan's and also Red Society who may well have been let in lightly and may well be worth a saver but this fellow is on the upgrade and did well to win on ground that was felt may be too quick for him at Yarmouth last time to further advertise his claims. With conditions to suit, he is well fancied here.”
Won 8/1

01 Aug 17 Goodwood Won 12/1
1350 Matchbook Betting Exchange Handicap
18 Dark Red (IRE) E A L Dunlop
“Ran well the other day and needs a little juice in the ground which it is retaining well. Has a job to beat our main bet but is the one that may give him most to do and is definitely worth an ew interest at 16s or bigger. (most bookmakers pay out on first past the post)”
Won 12/1

01 Aug 17 Goodwood Won 7/4F
1425 Qatar Vintage Stakes (Group 2)
3 Expert Eye Sir Michael Stoute Andrea Atzeni
“Has been exploding in his work at home, absolutely pulversising his wrokmates which have included a couple of older horses and could, quite possibly be the best 2yo this yard has had in some time. However, the one major stumbling block today is the ground. He is unporven on slow ground and theyre still calling it good to soft in the straight where the majority of this race will be won. Would have been a Professional Bet on fast ground but on this ground, we have to be more reserved and therefore he is a good win Bet. 1.5pt win.”
Won 7/4F

24 Jul 17 Beverley Won 12/1
1855 Jaimie Kerr Memorial Handicap
2 Musharrif D Carroll Phil Dennis
“Interestingmlate news in this sprint where although this fellow isn't particularly well drawn, he may well have an advantage if the rain keeps falling. He has excellent form on slower ground and, on that basis, we know he is quietly fancied EW at a nice price.”
Won 12/1

17 Jul 17 Windsor Won 4/1
1820 Sky Bet British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes
10 Golden Salute (IRE) A M Balding David Probert
“A nice filly who was quietly fancied on her debut here a couple of weeks ago but found the ground had gone far too soft for her and she will be much better suited to this faster ground tonight. That said it wont be easy pickings with speedster, Airshow in the field but they are keen on this filly and they do think from her draw this evenign she will take all the beating. Avauilable at a nice ew price and should be supported accordingly. probably too short to back ew now but such is the confidence nehidn her, we will back her to win, albeit just to 0.75pt win.”
Won 4/1

13 Jul 17 Newmarket Won 7/1
1635 John Deere Handicap
11 Shamshon (IRE) S C Williams Jim Crowley
“Probably should have won for us the other day and only went down by a short head and a nose at avery nice price, at Sandown. has another chance to do the job for us and although this was a very tight decision over Jumira bridge, this fellow is in such good form sicne Sandown, theyre expecting him to show imporvement on that run and if he does that willl be enough here. Fancied to land good ew bets, in any case. Fancied EW. 075pt ew”
Won 7/1

08 Jul 17 Sandown Won 8/1
1425 Coral Challenge (Handicap)
13 El Hayem (IRE) Sir Michael Stoute R L Moore
“For a horse that has prtomised so much at home he has had precious little to shout abot on the track so far this term but that could all change today. he did little wrong at Chester on his favoured fast surface but got mugged by a horse coming late and fast on his wide outside, never getting the chance to respond. He had quickened nicely from behind and gone three clear of his group and that augurs well for this event here. The more ocnventional track expected to suit as will the fast ground as he showed he hated the slow ground last time at Newbury. That said, it is a typically tight mile handicap and plenty of useful sorts in opposition, specifically, Greenside and our old friend, George William. However, this fellow is working well, has Ryan aboard for the very first time and a massive run expected. Currently around 8/1 (10 with Hills) and on that basis, a cracking ew proposition here. 1pt ew”
Won 8/1

08 Jul 17 Haydock Won 9/1
1700 bet365 Fillies' Handicap
5 Excellent Sounds H Morrison Charlie Bennett
“One of two interesting snippets from the Morrison team and they think they could have a double today with this fellow at Haydock and the stayer at Sandown. This fellow has all the right credentials here and is well fancied.”
Won 9/1

03 Jul 17 Windsor Won 11/2
1800 EBF Stallions Fillies' Novice Median Auction Stakes (Plus 10)
4 Flying Sparkle (IRE) M L W Bell Hayley Turner
“Has been working nicely for today's rider and although she makes her debut, this is a race which they feel she can make a mark in. She has a couple to beat, of course, and respect due to Jamie Osborne's Fab if she can recapture the form of her first run but also for the unraced horse of Elsworth's and Charlie Hills. All in all then a big run expected but with a couple of decent sorts in here too, an ew bet the order of the day here.”
Won 11/2

02 Jul 17 The Curragh (IRE) Won 13/2
1620 Pretty Polly Stakes (Group 1)
4 Nezwaah R Varian Andrea Atzeni
“Anmother one from the Varian yard that has big chances today although it has to be said in a very tricky event. There are proven Group One performers in here but this filly has been going really well for some time now and is expected to run a blinder here. Will be a nice ew price and expected to reward such bets here. Fancied ew”
Won 13/2

22 Jun 17 Ascot Won 5/1
1620 Gold Cup (Group 1)
1 Big Orange M L W Bell James Doyle
“There is little doubt hat the favourite will take all the beating here but this fellow is as game as a pebble and is expected to see out the trip too. The favourite won on soft ground last tyear and although he will probably handle this, the messages were getting indicate this fellow will be following him home, at the very least! Cracking ew propsoition here at around 8/1.”
Won 5/1

21 Jun 17 Ascot Won 5/1
1505 Queen Mary Stakes (Fillies' Group 2)
9 Heartache C G Cox A Kirby
“An impressive winner first timeup at Bath when she quickened up well to go away and win easily. She comes from a yard making a habit of coming here withbig chances and although the original plan here was to be with the USA horse, we expect her to be odds on and therefore cannot be a bet for us. This filly though is fully expected to beat the rest and whether you want to back forecasts with the favourite, bet without the favourite or simply back her EW here for the better value, she is the only one of the Brist expected to get close to the flying American horse. Comes here withplenty of confidence behind he and the American horse will know she has had a race. Fancied EW. 1.5pt ew (7's still available with SportingBet, 13/2 Lad/Coral)”
Won 5/1

02 Jun 17 Epsom Downs Won 4/1F
1750 Investec Foreign Exchange Handicap
11 Juanito Chico (IRE) W Jarvis S De Sousa
“From a yard we rarely get involved with but this one appeals as he put up a really good effort last time and the step back in trip expected to suit here. It's a very tight event and not one to have large sums in but this one fancied to land good ew support here.”
Won 4/1F

28 May 17 The Curragh (IRE) Won 5/1
1730 Irish Stallion Farms EBF 'Habitat' Handicap
1 Sea Wolf (IRE) G M Lyons C T Keane
“A complex handicap but this fellow despite top weight has a big chance to land this. He won't mind the ground and gets the trip well. Will be an ew price and is expected to land such bets here. ”
Won 5/1

20 May 17 Newbury Won 8/1
1455 Al Zubarah London Gold Cup Handicap
5 Defoe (IRE) R Varian Andrea Atzeni
“Has a round action that will be well suited to this ground and although this is generally one of the best handicaps of the season is lacking a little star quality this year. healthy respect to the top one, Al Hamdany and also to Simon Crisfords Century Dream but the main threat comes from another good source of ours and Andrew Baldings Mucho Applause. However, if this fellow gets the ground he wants, and he behaves hmself, he is expecte to stay far too strongly for that one. Fancied ew here. 0.5pt ew”
Won 8/1

19 May 17 Newmarket Won 7/2
1520 McCulloughs Air-Conditioning And Ventilation Handicap
3 Zzoro (IRE) Mrs A J Perrett Gavin Lerena
“This is a horse who simply must have soft ground. he was formerly with Charlie Hills before joining his current yard and although they have yet to really start to fire this year, they feel they are on the cusp and having finally realised this fellow needs this ground they have every chance of opening the floodgates here. He has the top one, of Ed Vaughans, Interconnection, to beat but is well fancied to do so and expected to win this. 0.5pt win.”
Won 7/2

13 May 17 Lingfield Won 7/1
1430 Betfred Derby Trial Stakes (Listed)
1 Best Solution (IRE) S bin Suroor P Cosgrave
“No doubt that the O'Brien team have had the upper hand so far in these battles for the classic trials but this fellow expected to cause a little stir here. He has been winging at home and is expected to enjoy the surface here. fancied to land good ew bets at a decent price too!”
Won 7/1
