The objective of Racing Telegraph Professional is, undoubtedly, to produce a significant profit for all members & this may be produced from races, & tracks, both big and small. However, there is always a real 'buzz' when we pull off something a little special and these are, undoubtedly, the highlights of any season. This may be in a major, televised event or a particularly successful piece of inside information that produces, to the public anyway, a shock result. They, obviously, don't know what we know!

In recent weeks there have been plenty and we have indicated below, those horses along with our comments, made prior to the event. Naturally, in some cases, much bigger prices than the eventual SP have been advised. So, please take the time to browse see just how successful and meticulous, our network of contacts can be. For those of you that backed them, its just like winning all over again!!

26 Mar 18 Taunton Won 5/1
1420 Clarke Wilmott Taunton Maiden Hurdle
6 Le Musee (FR) N J Hawke Tom Cannon
“From a yard that has been exceedingly quiet but one that we are reliably informed will be bouncing back into life shortly. This fella ran a blinder first time out but disappointed slightly next time. However, he is now reported back to his best and while respectful of the short priced favourite, he is a little tricky and this fellow is fancied to beat him off here. ”
Won 5/1

25 Mar 18 Ascot Won 3/1
1400 ROA/Racing Post Owners Jackpot Maiden Hurdle
1 Colonial Dreams (IRE) N J Henderson Nico de Boinville
“Came down at Sandown when in with a chance and although he takes on a couple of decent sorts here, there is little doubt at the yard that he is expected to win this. Respect for Indirocco, in particular, but this fellow the one to be with here.”
Won 3/1

24 Mar 18 Newbury Won 5/1
1405 Insure With Be Wiser Handicap Chase
6 Thomas Patrick (IRE) Tom Lacey R Johnson
“Trappy handicap to kick off proceedings at Newbury and although both Shanroe Santos and Wotzizname will have supporters, we're with this oen of Tom Lacesy with the yard going so well and this one working nicely. He will be a nice ew price and is advised accordingly. probabaly too short now for ew so 0.75pt win”
Won 5/1

24 Mar 18 Bangor Won 8/1
1450 Alfa Aggregate Products Handicap Hurdle
8 Hijran (IRE) Henry Oliver Jason Dixon
“Interesting late snippet from a very good yard that has served us well in the past and they're expecting a massive run from this fella today. Hugely competitive event but with conditions to suit and a nice EW price to be had, the one to be with here on an EW basis. ”
Won 8/1

23 Mar 18 Newbury Won 3/1F
1540 Rosemary Appeal Novices' Limited Handicap Chase (For The Brown Chamberlin Trophy)
3 Joe Farrell (IRE) Miss R Curtis Adam Wedge
“Something of a dark horse here from the yard of Becca Curtis. She has had, in truth, a deplorable season, never really getting a clear run at things with her horses and has suffered a number of setbacks. However, theyre expecting a strong end to the season and this fellow expected to signal a return to form of the yard. Takes on a ragbag of a field and only the top one of Philip Hibbs considered a threat, if this fella does on the track what he does at home. Currently 4/1, generally but well Fancied to win this here. 0.5pt win”
Won 3/1F

22 Mar 18 Ludlow Won 9/2
1715 Ludlow Food Centre Handicap Hurdle
5 Flashing Glance Tom Lacey R T Dunne
“Plenty of good ground horses in this who may just find the ground still a little too sticky. This fellow won't mind it and from a good progressive yard, is fancied to take this. At around 9/2, sound ew even though he comes back from a long break.”
Won 9/2

19 Mar 18 Lingfield Won 13/2
1625 Play For Free At Handicap
1 In The Red (IRE) Martin Smith Tom Marquand
“A big field of fourteen, the maximum for this decent handicap albeit for deplorable prize money and while respectfuil of plenty, the biggest message is undoubtedly for this one from the minor yard of Martin Smith. They may be a smaller yard but they know the business and this one has good credentials here and is reportedly working well. Although Tony Carrol's Pour La Victoire would be the main threat, at around 10 or 12/1 this fella makes is the one to be with and makes excellent EW sense here. ”
Won 13/2

16 Mar 18 Cheltenham Won 15/2
1730 Johnny Henderson Grand Annual Challenge Cup Handicap Chase (Grade 3)
7 Le Prezien (FR) P F Nicholls B J Geraghty
“There is little doubt this is a race that will be run at a million miles an hour and, if that is the case, it is not hard to imagine that the race will be won by one of the more conservatively ridden types waiting for their chance. This fellow fits that bill absolutely perfectly. There is little doubt the Irish have chances here, particularly wiht both Some Plan and The Game Changer but the British yard of Dan Sketon fields the main threat here in North Hill Harvey. However, this fellow goes well on the ground, goes well at the track and if they go the kind of pace we're all expecting, this fellow is expected to come there swinging at the death. Will be possibly one of the most exciting races of the week, in that respect and our money is with the Nicholls camp here. Cracking ew proposition at 12/1 with five places at both Skybet and Paddy Power. 0.5pt EW.”
Won 15/2

11 Mar 18 Warwick Won 7/2
1450 European Breeders' Fund/Thoroughbred Breeders Association Mares' Chase (Novices' Limited Handicap)
5 Timeforwest (IRE) Jonjo O'Neill Killian Moore
“Also from the Jonjo camp and they're telling us that she has started to thrive at home and although the ground a slight concern today, this is a field of dodgy jumpers and she is expected to take advantage. Quietly fancied to win this.”
Won 7/2

06 Mar 18 Southwell Won 16/1
1450 Read Richard Johnson On Betway Insider Blog Handicap
6 Go On Gal (IRE) Miss J Feilden Shelley Birkett
“Trained just outside Newmarket by Julia Fielden and has a chance of upsetting the odds-on favourite here. In truth the favourite ought to be winning but there are good reasons for thinking this mare will run a big race here and, at around 10 or 12/1, is worth a modest interest EW to finish in the first two. ”
Won 16/1

06 Mar 18 Southwell Won 9/2
1520 Betway Casino Handicap
3 The Resdev Way P A Kirby P McDonald
“Another from the Phil Kirby yard and this one too will have his supporters today. This is a tougher contest in many ways as there are at least three others fancied here. They include both Brigadoon and Katie Gale but this fellow who has been doing most of his all weather running up at Newcastle is expected to benefit from the slower surface here and, is fancied to land this event.”
Won 9/2

01 Mar 18 Meydan Won 7/1
1725 Curlin Handicap Sponsored By Al Naboodah Building - Listed Handicap - Dirt
2 Saltarin Dubai (ARG) S Seemar R Mullen
“There will be plenty of interest in the short priced, Dont Give UP who won both his last two races well and this fellow has followed him home twice. However, he is significantly better off at the weights here and although the favourite will still take the beating, this fellow is excellent EW value at around 15/2 with the like of Ladbrokes, Hills etc. On that basis, we're backing him EW here and we expect to collect.”
Won 7/1

25 Feb 18 Fontwell Won 11/2
1555 totepool Supporting The Racehorse Sanctuary Novices' Hurdle
7 Jersey Bean (IRE) O Sherwood L P Aspell
“There are plenty fancied in this competitive novice here and while having a huge respect for the top one, the penalised Call Me Sid, that is the one they all have to beat today. The messages are good for this one of Oliver Sherwood's who will be better suited to the drying ground at Fontwell. Will be an ew price and expected to reward such bets here.”
Won 11/2

17 Feb 18 Ascot Won 2/1F
1535 Betfair Ascot Chase (Grade 1)
7 Waiting Patiently (IRE) Ruth Jefferson B Hughes
“Has always been considered up to Grade One class and, indeed, looked it when winning nicely for us at Kempton when trained by the excellent, late, Malcolm Jefferson. Now in the hands of his daughter, he is ready for this step up in grade, wont mind the ground and will get the trip well. He has most to fear from Top Notch who will also enjoy conditions and it should be a fascinating watch. However, confidence behind this fellow is high, at around 11/4, generally, and he is expected to extend his winning sequence here. 0.75pt win”
Won 2/1F

12 Feb 18 Plumpton Won 5/1
1550 Strong Flavours Catering Novices' Handicap Chase
6 Sir Hubert R Rowe A Glassonbury
“Confirmation in that this fellow, whom we backed to land good ew bets last time is well fancied again. He has a lot of leeway to make up on the horse that beat him, Le Coeur Net but the vibes are good from the yard, he has improved and they think they will go very close to beating him here. Currently 6 or 13/2 and although only 6 runners, stonking EW proposition here. Well fancied.”
Won 5/1

04 Feb 18 Taunton Won 9/2
1340 Bathwick Tyres Yeovil Handicap Hurdle
3 Culture De Sivola (FR) Nick Williams Lizzie Kelly
“The vibes for this oen are double string from the yard and theyre absolutely confident this fellow will love the conditions here today. Gets the trip and goes in the ground and not badly handicapped either. That said, he will be an EW price (currently 6's or 7s) and while there is a danger in Quinto, this fellow is fully expected to land good ew bets here. 0.5pt EW (take the 6's WH & 365)”
Won 9/2

03 Feb 18 Wetherby Won 7/2
1335 totescoop6 Play Today Handicap Chase
2 Mercian Prince (IRE) Miss Amy Murphy Jack Quinlan
“Amy Murphy's chaser was in the process of putting in his best effort of the season at the Festival last year prior to coming down three out and, significantly, that was on slow ground, perhaps not as slow as it will be today but he was revelling in it. He is fancied to land this and although Kayf Blanco and Knockgraffon both live threats, this fellow is working well and fancied to land this.”
Won 7/2

29 Jan 18 Plumpton Won 7/1
1625 Free Race Replays On Handicap Hurdle
1 Argyle (IRE) G L Moore William Clarke
“Gary Moore does particularly well on this track and has at least three big chances here today. Of them all, this one perhaps takes on the hardest task but, while he has been tasked to defy top weight, the Trainer has seen fit to employ his 10lb claimer here and that is expected to be significant. He has Seamus Mullins' Brother Norphin to beat but at a nice ew price, he is fully expected to reward ew bets here.”
Won 7/1

21 Jan 18 Chelmsford City Won 4/1
1555 Bet toteWIN At Handicap
2 Dynamo Walt (IRE) D Shaw P Mathers
“Another tight knit handicap at Chelmsford and although this is a wide open affair, the only ones that are subject to good reports are this fellow and the top weight. That said, in our opinion the top weight would be better over 6f and a bigger threat is Union Rose. However, while respecting that one, this fellow comes from a yard that rarely let you down here and he is a cracking proposition here today. Will be well backed.”
Won 4/1

20 Jan 18 Ascot Won 11/4
1315 Thames Materials Amateur Riders' Handicap Chase
3 Drumcliff (IRE) H Fry Miss A B O'Connor
“Another from the Harry Fry yard, one of three or four that could win today, but he makes most appeal here in what may well turn out to be a weak looking event. Crievehill is capable and may well prove best of the others but the step up in trip here will be right in this horse's favour and though he has his quirks, we will be very disappointed if he doesn't win this. Well fancied. ”
Won 11/4

20 Jan 18 Ascot Won 7/4F
1500 bet365 Handicap Chase
3 Acting Lass (IRE) H Fry N D Fehily
“Most interesting little handicap made much less competitive by the defection of the top two and while respectful of C&D winner Fortunate George, Kilcrea Vale is handicapped to go close but there is little doubt that this progressive chaser of Harry Fry's is the one to beat here. Good messages from the yard and the ability to stay make him a good bet here. 0.75 points win”
Won 7/4F

19 Jan 18 Chepstow Won 13/8
1445 In Play Betting At 188Bet Mares' Handicap Hurdle
3 Naranja Jamie Snowden G Sheehan
“One of two from this yard who are well fancied today and this one has an excellent opportunity despite the presence of the top weight of Warren Greatrex's, Carnspindle. He would have chances here but possibly the main threat to our horse is Venetai Williams Drumviredy who if able to recapture former glories would be a threat. That said, this fellow comes from a yard in excellent form of late and it would be a disappointment to them if they couldnt take this here. Well fancied. 0.75pt win.”
Won 13/8

05 Jan 18 Kempton Won 7/1
2015 32Red Handicap
7 Shamsaya (IRE) S Crisford R Havlin
“Competitive handicap but big message for this Simon Crisford-trained 4yo, strongly fancied at a big price - currently double figures. If there is a danger it's Dean Ivory's Eljaddaaf but this one is an excellent ew bet.”
Won 7/1

01 Jan 18 Catterick Won 7/1
1300 Buy Your 2018 Annual Badge Today Handicap Hurdle
9 Snowed In (IRE) Mrs B Butterworth Sean Quinlan
“Trappy little event up there in Yorkshire and a small yard expecting a payday. This one won this event last year and is expected to return to form in ideal conditions here. Donald McCain's is a threat but ew bets on this one expected to pay dividends here.”
Won 7/1

01 Jan 18 Cheltenham Won 15/8
1325 BetBright Dipper Novices' Chase (Grade 2)
5 Yanworth A King B J Geraghty
“A case of the time has come for this fellow here today. he hasnt been overly impressive on the track thus far, over fences, but the latest reports indicate he has imporved significantly of late and, withe the slower ground over this trip definitely in his favour, he is well fancied to reverse the form with Willoughby Court. It will be a fascinating spectacle but the yard are keen and theyre expecting him to obkige today. Well fancied. 0.5pt win.”
Won 15/8

01 Jan 18 Exeter Won 6/1
1425 Hartnoll Hotel Handicap Chase
6 Western Climate (IRE) T H Weston Sean Bowen
“A useful sort in the making and, significantly, Sean Bowen switches from Hansupfordetroit onto this one here. It's a tough little contest but he is on the upgrade and is well fancied to land good ew support here.”
Won 6/1

01 Jan 18 Cheltenham Won 9/4J
1510 Dornan Engineering Relkeel Hurdle (Grade 2)
4 Wholestone (IRE) N A Twiston-Davies D A Jacob
“One of the most fascinating of events on the card today and we're taking a flyer against the excellent mare of Fergal O@briens, Colins Sister who has shown herself to be among the best in her division. However, she is 3lb wrong from her win over this fellow at Wetherby and the viebs from the yard indicate the Twister boys are confident they can reverse the form. Last years wiunner, Agrapart will also have a say but this fellow, the highest rated horse, by the BHA, in the event has an excellent opportunity to confirm that view and is fancied to do so. 0.75pt win.”
Won 9/4J

30 Dec 17 Newbury Won 15/8
1500 Betfred Challow Novices' Hurdle (Grade 1)
4 Poetic Rhythm (IRE) F O'Brien P J Brennan
“Won the Persian War for us at Chepstow and although the ground will be totally different here, he put up an excellent show on much slower ground at Cheltenham next time. Has the mare of Richard Hobson's to beat but is expected to go well here and if handling the ground as they think he will, he can do the job again here. Quietly fancied.”
Won 15/8

23 Dec 17 Haydock Won 4/1
1335 Betfred TV Handicap Chase
5 Ubaltique (FR) D McCain Jnr W T Kennedy
“Has won in each of the last three seasons for us and has his optimum conditgions here, on his favourite track. He does have one obstacle, in the shape of the Brian Ellison trained, Pistol Park, to overcome but is expected to do so with the yard continuing in excellent form. Will be a nice price (in the region of 6/1 or better) but nevertheless expected to oblige here. 0.5pt win”
Won 4/1

22 Dec 17 Uttoxeter Won 4/1
1455 Betfred 'Watch Sky Sports In Our Shops' Handicap Chase
7 Hansupfordetroit (IRE) B J Llewellyn Sean Bowen
“At the veteran stage now but still has the ability to win a race of this nature. Indeed, only Morney Wing would appear to have a similar level of form and this vibes from this yard are much stronger on this occasion. Jumps well, stays well and that expected to see him home here.”
Won 4/1

19 Dec 17 Fakenham Won 9/2
1410 Racing At Fakenham On New Year's Day Handicap Hurdle
9 Gin And Tonic M Wigham J E Moore
“Useful sort on his day and the vibes from this yard indicate today expected to be his day. Has good form around here and although he has dropped significantly in the weights, the old fire is still burning. Didn't really take to fences but back over hurdles now and with the ground in his favour, is fancied to land good ew support here, at the very least. Quietly fancied to cause a stir here. Excellent W proposition at around 8/1.”
Won 9/2

17 Dec 17 Chelmsford City Won 2/1
1245 Bet toteplacepot At Maiden Fillies' Stakes
5 Wicker Jane Chapple-Hyam S Donohoe
“To some extent a wide open maiden but the top one, Line of Beauty and this one of Jane Chapple Hyam's are the pair that have the best credentials and the messages regarding this one much the stronger. Fancied to land this here.”
Won 2/1

14 Dec 17 Taunton Won 13/2
1410 Thomas Cook Holidays Handicap Hurdle
14 Padleyourowncanoe C L Tizzard
“This 3yo handled the soft ground well when beating older horses last time and he is reported in excellent shape still for this. Fancied to beat the old boys again here and a decent price too. Good EW bets the advice here.”
Won 13/2

13 Dec 17 Lingfield Won 5/1
1400 Play Starburst Slot At Handicap
14 Shyron G G Margarson Jane Elliott
“From a yard it has paid to follow when we have got involved over the years, resulting in tremendous results both on all weather and turf, the highlights being the 25/1 winner of the Victoria Cup a few years back and the Lowther winner, the year after. Today they have a well handicapped horse here in this fella who has shown little of late but was beaten a short head in this event last year and has been aimed at it since. Now 8lb lower and working well, they're expecting good ew bets to be rewarded and you're advised to be on EW here.”
Won 5/1

13 Dec 17 Wolverhampton Won 18/1
1655 Handicap
10 Rouge Nuage (IRE) C Allen T Eaves
“A good old friend of ours, indeed, the last time we backed him he duly obliged at 12/1 here. He is still feasibly handicapped after a couple of disappointing runs but, with the yard going well, they're expecting another big run here. Has one or two to beat in a trappy little event, notably, Lagenda and, if it runs, Cricklewood Green (also engaged at Lingfield). However, at around the 12/1 or better, this one is a stonking ew proposition on his favourite track here. Well fancied EW.”
Won 18/1

09 Dec 17 Sandown Won 8/1
1420 Jumeirah Hotels And Resorts December Handicap Hurdle (Listed)
2 A Hare Breath (IRE) B Pauling D A Jacob
“Cracking little horse and good messagtes from the Ben Pauling yard for him here. Expected to land this although it wont be easy with Fidux and one or two others fancied too. Been working well and he rates a cracking ew bet on that basis. Well fancied EW here. 0.75pt ew”
Won 8/1

16 Nov 17 Taunton Won 12/1
1435 Invest Southwest Handicap Hurdle
12 Tobacco Road (IRE) D Pipe T Scudamore
“At a track this yard usually do exceptionally well at and this one will be a big price here, but he shouldn't be!! He is working well for this reapperance and is quietly fancied to get in the money, at the very least. A nice EW bet at around 16/1 here.”
Won 12/1

04 Nov 17 Ascot Won 9/2
1350 Ascot Underwriting Chase (Novices' Limited Handicap)
2 Benatar (IRE) G L Moore J E Moore
